A Dying Sun In A Test Tube

A dying sun in a test tube
Held up to a girl with a heavy rain smile
The ogress combs her hair in front of a cuttlefish mirror
While a giant squid sits in an armchair smoking its slippers

By the seaside fire a mechanical cat purrs in Morse code
It states everything is now reduced to Odysseus algorithms

Odysseus smiles with seven dwarf mouths
As a lady with curtained windows for eyes
Simultaneously opens and closes a book

I have a cloud in my head which promised to rain
